Serbo-Croatian genius Nikola Tesla looks quite narcissistic in this 1896 photo. But he was a man closed to his own world. So big a genius, Tesla has fans till today - we owe him much of the modern day technology and his foresight into the future possibility of wireless communication had science fiction nuances 100 years ago. Tesla comes from the great tradition of Austro-Hungarian Empire and he must have been a polyglot since he studied in German and then worked in the USA.
